Xbox guides the world of gaming through a maze. The mess created by Sony and Nintendo. Xbox took us to a place of sick graphics, speed and immersion. What was life like before Microsoft gifted the Xbox? I don’t thing anyone remembers, because life has never been the same since.

America Vs Japan

Not many know that until Xbox, Japan was the dominator of the gaming industry. There was no Xbox or Xbox guides. In fact the last America made any sort of impact on the world of consoles was through the company Atari in the mid 90’s. However that was soon all to change with the release of Microsoft’s legendary Xbox 1 in 2001.

Xbox 360

By the time 2006 had rolled around, you could see how Xbox guides and pushes Sony off the throne as they had sold close to 25 million consoles. Following the release of the Xbox was the release of the Xbox 360. Sales of the Xbox 360 had beaten it’s predecessor’s record. By 2021, the Xbox 360 had sold close to 90 million units, there was a huge demand for Xbox and Xbox guides.

Surprisingly, their third offering, the Xbox one did not perform as well as its formers. Although considered by many their greatest achievement, the Xbox one only solved 51 million units. Microsoft release the beautiful Xbox Series X and S in 2020. The availability of the Xbox and the Xbox guides helped soften the blow of the covid quarantine for many world wide.

The 90s

When the Playstation hit the scene at the end of the 90s, Microsoft saw it as a huge threat to the personal computer. The Playsation could not only play games but CDs and videos as well, which were at the time the 3 main features of the PC that bought in a significant part of the sales.
